ホント、マジで。

ミッドナイト東京

昨日は外来でしたが、行く道中、東京はこんな風景です。

銀座駅。照明おとしています。

エスカレーターも止めています。

そして、事務所によりました。私の机の上です。

この際、思いっきり整理整頓をしました。

８年目に突入！！

今日は、先日の３１１全身検査の結果を聞きに。
今も病院の学習室から電車がすく時間をまっています。

結果はＯＫです。

ＲＩ、ＣＴ、血液ともに異常なし。
右肩の痛みは整形（五十肩らしい）でみたほうがよくて、これは、この築地でみてもらうより、地元のＯ病院でみてもらったほうが良さそう。何せ混むから。

まだまだ予断は許せない状態ですが、ひとまず、ホルモン療法も完了。
乳腺外来は６カ月に一回に。

右肩がヤバイと思っていたので診察前に神頼み。
チャペルでミサがあるのですね。
ここで主治医が今日誕生日であることも知り、、、
被災地の方への祈りもささげ、
病気と闘う人への祈りもささげ、
歌をうたって〆ました（２００番）。

讃美歌も何もかもよくわからないけど、とにかく、思うことの大切さを改めて知りました。

んが、会計に行ってぎゃふん！！！！！

診察券以外のカード類を全て忘れてきたことが発覚。
２８０００円の会計が支払えず、借金と相成りました。

とほほ。前払いで14790円だけ支払い。。。くすん。

次回の消化器外来で清算です。

Facing a Catastrophe　– A Letter from Japanese Advocates –

March 20, 2011

On March 11, Japan was hit by a M9.0 earthquake and subsequent tsunami waves. The number of casualties is rising. Our country is heart-stricken and devastated. The news spread quickly and we have received thousands of kind messages from all over the world. Thank you all. You gave us hope and courage to extend a helping hand to tsunami victims and to rebuild those regions damaged by one of the biggest disasters that the world has ever known. What we can do in return is to tell the world what we learn from this catastrophe. It will take time to grasp everything to give a detailed analysis, but here is a brief report as of this moment.

We have been trying our best to collect information to support cancer patients in the affected district from day one. What to do in case of running out of drugs, how medical and general supplies are to be provided, which hospitals can accept cancer patients for treatment, and so on. As we went along, we faced a lack of evidence-based medical information on what to do for cancer patients in case of possible radiation exposure. We received various questions from patients but in many cases we found it difficult to find answers.

For example, is it OK for a patient under chemotherapy to take iodine tablets? Or what should we do if patients under chemotherapy or radiotherapy are put in a danger of being exposed to radiation? There were also many concerned patients who wanted to know how it is different from the radiation exposure they go through in cancer treatment.

A lack of information makes people blind. Plus, our eyes cannot see radiation. In any fight, when you cannot see the face of the enemy, it can easily provoke fear and panic. We, cancer patient advocates, know that as a fact from our fight against cancer. We have also learned from our experience that it is important to stay calm to make a right decision in such a difficult situation. Our knowledge and experience has been a great help in dealing with this emergency.

With your support, we will do our best to draw out lessons from what we are experiencing now and give out information continuously. By doing so, we hope we will contribute to the welfare of the global cancer patient community. So, pray for Japan. Pray for Tohoku. Please back us up in any way you can.

微妙な・・・

世界から様々な日本への支援が起きています。

ようつべにも、クロアチアのデモ隊の映像などが流れていますが、スイスで開かれているｓｔガレンに出席中の先生から下記のメールがきました。

Ｊ大学のＴ田先生が朝の会議冒頭で日本への支援を訴え、大会長などの同意で支援が決まったそうです。

Big news!

Owing to a proposal by Dr.＊＊＊＊to the organizer of oncoconference inSt.Gallen, donation by oncoconference committee to Japan for heping refugees has just decided. In the opening remarks of consensus meeting held in this morning, this important statement was annouced by Professor Sen who is a president of this conference.
We are very proud of her as showing her leadership to save people in disaster.

友人にはtwitterでこんな支援映像が届いたそうです。

気持ちはとてもありがたいのですが、ちょっと微妙に日本人感覚とは違っているかも。。。

最初は笑ってしまったのですが、よく考えてみたらこの中に作成者の日本を思う気持ちがぎっしりつまっている。

ありがたいっすね。

東京の状況

地震発生から帰宅。
その後、朝からＰＣにずっとはりついて情報発信し続けていた私。
原子力発電所事故も加わり、中長期戦になってきたし、
食料品が無くなってきたので、久しぶりにスーパーへ行ったら、なんちゅーか、こんな状態。

びっくり。
みんな、すげーなー。

我が家のトイレットペーパーは残り６３ｍとなり、戒厳令がでました（爆！）

そんな今も被ばくをしながら懸命の作業をしている関係者の皆さんに心からの敬意と感謝を送ります。冷えろ、原発！

正しい医療情報の提供を

聖路加に缶詰になったとき、一緒にいたサバイバーが「あ、お薬持ってこなかった！」と動転している姿を見て、「薬が切れる」ことに対する不安感、情報の大切さを知りました。

被災地だったら、、、

考えると自分にできること、ありますよね。
節電だって
自転車を使うことだって

できること。たくさんある。

必死にTWITTERで発信しています。
先生に情報ももらっています。
情報の一元化もしています。

日曜日の夜中に仲間と連携しあい、一枚の要望書を提出しました。「333.pdf」をダウンロード 

薬事法の壁があるのはわかっています。
でも私たちは患者の気持ちを伝えたかったのです。

今日、一枚のプレスリリースが返ってきました。「1111.pdf」をダウンロード

できること。たくさんある。

骨髄移植提供者の方が被災地で亡くなられたそうです。
この骨髄を待っていた患者さんが前処置をしていたら、どうしましょう。
とても危険な状態です。

できること。たくさんある。

今朝の外来。電車の本数が激減していて大混雑。
でも、みんな我慢して乗ってた。
普段だったら喧嘩だってあっただろうに。

日本ってすごいかも。

そう思い始めています。

無事です・まずは落ち着いて行動を

聖路加でＲＩ検査を終え、会計を終了し、夕方からの会議に備えて患者学習室へ入ったとたんに地震に遭いました。

書籍がたくさんあったので、皆で机の下に入りましたが、看護師さんや病院側のリスク管理が行き届いており、その後も安心して行動できました。

電源が落ちていなかったのでパソコンで帰路を確認しましたが、東京駅周辺を通らなければならないことや余震が続いていたこともあり、そのまま病院で夜明かしをしました。

本当に貴重な経験をしたと思っています。

検査も、あと数時間遅れていたらできなかったでしょう。

・地震直後（１０分後）に本部設営。車いすも設置。
・病棟へのエレベーターは２時間停止。エスカレーターも停止。

・帰宅困難になり、一か所に集まったブレスト仲間たち

・夜の待合室。暖房や電気はそのままに

・私は最初椅子に座っていましたが毛布で横に。
・睡眠薬を二錠飲んでも眠れませんでした。

・ここでテレビをつけっぱなしにしてくれていたので、助かりました。
・白いのは毛布

礼拝堂も全て解放されていました。横にするにはとても良い。

朝には鉄道の回復状況のプリントが手渡され帰路へ。

言葉はいらないドイツの旅
